Public Intelligence Project
November 2025 Newsletter
Director’s Note:
As we approach the final weeks of 2025, we reflect on a year of bold engagement, strategic growth, and renewed commitment to our mission. The Public Intelligence Project continues to reshape how governments, and societies collaborate - bridging diplomacy, citizen insight, and policy innovation to confront corruption at its roots.
Our model of public diplomacy empowers global communities to participate in the design of transparent, accountable systems. Through inclusive dialogue between citizens and diplomats, we uncover the structural challenges that hinder progress and co-create policies that reflect, the lived realities of diverse populations.
In December, our team will be in Washington, D.C. and Reston, Virginia, engaging with leaders across sectors to explore how government initiatives can better serve multicultural communities. We recognize that corruption manifests differently across cultural and racial contexts - often deepening divisions, and obstructing transparency. Our work seeks to illuminate these dynamics, and build bridges that restore trust between public institutions and the people they serve.
Looking ahead to 2026, we anticipate new opportunities to expand our global partnerships, and deepen our anti-corruption initiatives. Together, we aim to foster environments where equity, accountability, and civic participation thrive.
Strategic Review: 2024–2025
Our ongoing assessments and laboratory activities have focused on systemic dysfunctions across government, judiciary, law enforcement, and healthcare. These sectors - often operating with opaque power - require rigorous scrutiny to expose how rogue regimes exploit institutional weaknesses, both locally and globally.
This phase has been our most challenging, yet essential undertaking. It has sharpened our understanding of how entrenched systems perpetuate corruption and have strengthened our resolve to dismantle these structures through coordinated intelligence, policy reform, and civic engagement.
